The Los Angeles County Fire Department received an urgent call around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, reporting a structure fire at the California Yacht Club situated in the 4400 block of Admiralty Way. Fred Fielding, a spokesperson for the Fire Department, stated that crews were met with a daunting scene upon arrival, with heavy smoke and flames devouring the two-story building.

Dramatic footage from various news outlets captured the intensity of the blaze, depicting large flames consuming the historic structure while thick smoke billowed into the night sky. The firefighting efforts involved multiple fire trucks and personnel summoned to contain the inferno.
