The 33-year-old CEO of Lead With Love met an untimely demise on Monday after a woman, identified as Jameelah Elena Michl, entered his home and fatally shot him in the head, according to law enforcement sources.
The devastating incident unfolded around 6 p.m. at Latt’s residence in the 900 block of Alandele Avenue. Responding officers found Latt with a gunshot wound to his head, and despite swift transportation to a hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.

Jameelah Elena Michl, 36, was apprehended at the scene and now faces charges of murder. Described as a person living in her vehicle, which was seized by the police as evidence, Michl is currently held in custody on a $3-million bail.
Michael Latt, known for his role as the chief executive of Lead With Love, founded the entertainment marketing consulting firm in 2019. The news of Latt’s tragic demise was shared by his mother, Michelle Satter, on X: “Our beloved son Michael Latt fell victim to a tragic act of violence this week. We celebrate his legacy, love & compassion.”
