Zach Bryan, renowned for his musical prowess, has just concluded a brief tour of U.S. arenas, but his plans for 2024 promise an even grander spectacle in terms of both tour duration and venue magnitude. The singer-songwriter officially announced the “Quittin Time Tour” on Monday, a captivating journey that will take him across the country from March to December. While the majority of his stops will be at arenas, he has also slated a significant number of appearances in stadiums.
Among the exciting aspects of this tour are the opening acts, which feature accomplished artists like Jason Isbell the 400 Unit, and Sheryl Crow. These legendary figures will share the stage with the 27-year-old sensation during the stadium performances. Additionally, the tour will feature performances from Turnpike Troubadours, Sierra Ferrell (a notable collaborator on Bryan’s recently released album), the Middle East, Matt Maeson, and Levi Turner (a member of Bryan’s label and a consistent presence among the tour’s openers).
This announcement follows closely on the heels of the release of his self-titled album “Zach Bryan” by Warner Records last Friday, coinciding with the conclusion of the “Burn, Burn, Burn Tour” over the weekend.
The tour is being organized and promoted by AEG Presents. Ticketmaster will be handling ticket sales for the majority of the shows, a shift from the 2023 tour where Bryan performed exclusively at venues not requiring Ticketmaster for ticketing. A review of Ticketmaster’s presale links reveals that out of the 54 tour dates, 42 will be available for purchase through this platform.
AEG Presents will oversee the registration process and distribution of codes for all tour dates, including those under Ticketmaster. While the tour spans ten months, it seems that some major markets, notably southern California, have been excluded, possibly indicating that the tour schedule is not yet finalized.
The tour schedule includes a series of two-night stands in cities where Bryan will perform at arenas instead of stadiums. Noteworthy cities among these stops include Chicago, where the tour kicks off on March 6-7, and Tulsa, Bryan’s hometown, where the tour concludes on December 13-14.
The stadium performances will take place in various locations, including the greater Dallas area, Boston, Denver, Atlanta, Tampa, and Minneapolis. Jason Isbell will be joining the tour in Tampa, Arlington, TX, and Foxborough, MA, while Sheryl Crow is set to perform in Atlanta.
Similar to his recent tour, Bryan is expected to tightly control ticket resale options. Fans interested in purchasing tickets will need to pre-register to obtain a presale code before the September 6 presale start date. The general on-sale date is September 8.
